We're taking a break to regroup this week but our next Carport Market will be NEXT Friday October 16th! 🍁

We'll have new fall baked goods, lots of sourdough, and our fall soaps, tallow balm scents and gift baskets! 🍂

Thank you all for all the traffic at these markets. For supporting us, sharing with your friends, and coming back week after week. Community is everything!

We hope to have lots of new goodies as our homegrown produce dwindles, but as always, it'll be homemade and with high quality ingredients. ❤️

We officially added TWO and FOUR ounce jar sizes to the website. Our Glow Cream comes in one ounce glass jars and a little goes a long way, but we've had lots of requests for bigger sizes and now you can have whatever you like 😉

We are partnering with our friends over at the Front Porch Vintage Pop Up and offering pre orders for baked goods to pickup at their market this week! Come celebrate Wasena Weekend right! 🌈

🍁Preorder on our hotplate account through our website or they're linked on our IG and FB accounts. Preorders start NOW and end this Wednesday, September 30th at 8pm. If you prefer to not use hotplate, send us a message and we'll work it out!

🍁Pickup is at the Front Porch Vintage Market in Wasena on Friday, October 2nd from 6-8pm or Saturday October 3rd from 11am-4pm. 1221 12th Street SW Roanoke, VA 24015.
We will NOT have a Cave Spring market this week, so if you need some cinnamon rolls or sourdough for your weekend, this is your opportunity!

Shop their market while you're there! So many cute and unique vintage finds, and they have our tallow products there for sale as well. 🛋️

Our first fall carport market is this Friday, September 25th 3-7pm on Vest Drive, Roanoke, 24018! Garden veggie focaccias like this one will be available for preorder 😍

Pre orders are open now for sourdough baked goods and fall themed treats. Organic flour only. Pre orders close Wednesday at 8pm.

🍅We will also have our homegrown produce (last of the tomatoes), okra, peppers, trombincino squash, flowers, etc

🌼 Our tallow skincare products and other homegrown/handmade items will also be available.

Early morning soap making adventures 🧼

Lye is something you need to be super careful when handling. I used to wear gloves, a mask, an apron, etc years ago when we first started but I feel like as long as you are careful, don't touch the mixture, and definitely don't breathe it in it's all good. (And don't have an explosion from mixing the two improperly. Very important)

We let the lye and distilled water cool to a specific temperature, then mix with our other cooled oils (local beef tallow, organic coconut oil, EVOO), add clays for color and extra moisturizing benefits and finally, essential oils. Never any artificial colors or fragrances 🫧

We let it cure for six weeks and no lye remains. Only good smelling, extra moisturizing soap that leaves your skin clean and refreshed.🚿 And our soap suds well, which a lot of all natural soaps do not. Small batch, high quality.

Our best selling fall soap will be headed y'all's way very soon! Orange and Clove is my absolute favorite and I hope it will be yours too 🍊
