Lick Run CDC creates resilient infrastructure, an environment for interaction and exchange in the local human & biological ecosystems, and opportunities for education and community initiatives by cultivating the ethics of care of earth, care of people, and fair share. It started as a joke, but we are pleased to announce "Dunk a Roanoke City Council Member."

This Saturday from 1pm-3pm at Compost Fest, we will have at least one city council member available for you to attempt to dunk.

All have been invited, but only one has confirmed. Who is it? Join us and find out!

Funds raised at the event go to support community agriculture/ ecology.

Don’t worry if you can’t make it at that time, we’ll have some other special guests for you to dunk during the rest of the event.

Big thanks to Aztec Rentals for support Compost Fest this year, for supplying us with the dunk tank!
