Anyone craving a steak and shrimp combo?
This was one of our review pictures on google, and it made me (a restaurant) hungry. Thank you for taking the time to rate and post a pic!

At Kabuki we uphold Japanese tradition and prepare all food by hand. We start with whole chickens, never factory pre-cuts, cleaned and portioned by our chefs. Our steak is the highest quality Choice grade beef. All of our vegetables are cut and prepared fresh each day and our signature sauces are prepared from scratch. Even our house soup is made from scratch with fresh chicken, beef, and vegetables, never bouillon.

Also who doesn't love a good hibachi shrimp? Yum.

On today's episode of making you hungry: Dragon Roll!
It is one of our all time favorite rolls, you have to try it to know it!

Fresh water eel, cucumbers, avocado wrapped, with the most delectable eel sauce on top. It is a very rich, smooth type of bite.

Fresh water eel is not very fishy, and known to have a sweet and savory flavor. Please do try if you've never tried before!

We'll start easy, with one of our favorites, Gyoza! (Gyo-Za)
Pork and veggie dumplings fried to perfection and served with sesame chili sauce!

Gyoza facts: Gyoza are a Japanese adaptation of the Chinese dumplings called jiaozi.
They are typically made with minced pork, cabbage, garlic, and chives.
