Tonight is the last farmers market of the season, Roanoke Fall Festival is happening and tomorrow is Farmfest at Seven Sons Farm where a few of our goats will be for the petting zoo! Always lots of fun for the kids and a great way to meet local farmers and learn about what we're doing on our farms!! Come see us!!

Happy hungry goats! I didn't wanna talk and disturb them! They enjoy the peace and quiet just like we do!!

We have some visitors! These beauties belong to The Seven Sons Farm. This is a great example of local farmers working together for the greater good! We've been working on and finally finished some brand new fencing so their cattle can be put out to pasture here. This is great for the ground and is the beginning of Garwood Farms becoming certified organic!!

How much does your Romaine lettuce cost? I need to tell some people about it.
I was really impressed with the two young men that greeted my home with so much passion about what they do. I really appreciate them taking the time out to explain to me the process in how to light a fireplace(Lol). They were very polite and I would definitely be recommending people to your page.
