We Be Jammin' Becky Hippert and Gretchen Gallagher Weinstein are the masterminds behind We Be Jammin’ homemade jam and handmade items

We Be Jammin’ began in 1998 when Becky and a friend went out to a local farm on a Saturday morning and picked way too many strawberries. Another friend suggested that they try making jam since it didn’t seem that hard. After four hours and three trips to the grocery store, 40 jars were made! The following year, we produced more strawberry jam before spreading out to additional flavors – still as a hobby – with the jars handed out to family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors. Gretchen joined the team soon after, and the We Be Jammin’ duo was born!
