Good Wednesday everyone!

We are open!

Here are some general information about our process:

Wednesday is our main prep day, and since we are doing everything (incl. Pasta, bread) from scratch we are not gonna have everything ready at 11am when open on Wednesday and if we run out of something it will take a moment to reappear 😅

Sandwiches are always the priority, and we aim to have them ready for opening, always, then pasta, dinner and dessert.

We will post as things come out of the oven!

Happy Sunday!!!

For lunch I am having the Baked Salmon with Crisp, accompanied by Mashed Potatoes and Cole Slaw (I opted for our balsamic house dressing on the cole slaw, we do have a creamy one as well!) $20 😋

We are open from 11AM - 3PM today! Hope to see some of you for lunch today! 🙂
