A little behind-the-scenes update from the farm: we’ve been experimenting with persimmons! 🍂 September and early October give us a chance to try something new and see what else this land offers. As the trees mature, we’re excited to continue watching them grow. We hope that one day we’ll be able to share a new taste from our orchard with you!

Whiddon: A cross between Pawnee and Desirable, the Whiddon is a large nut with a thin shell and delicate flavor!

Oconee: With roots tracing back to Schley, Oconee is a large pecan with a super-thin shell and rich flavor!
