La Misión 'street food' We sell Latin inspired street food. Our specialty is AREPAS, a delicious Venezuelan fry bread filled with savory meats, beans and cheeses.

We also serve other internationally inspired street food dishes. Our main dish at Arepera la Misión is the arepa; a fried corn pocket that ends up crunchy on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside. These pockets are then stuffed with almost anything under the sun. Our recipes are a perfect combination of savory and sweet that are the backbone of Venezuelan cuisine. We offer combinations an

d recipes spotlighting chicken, beef, pork and black beans. We also serve traditional Venezuelan sides using plantains and yuca [cassava].

Here's hoping for some good weather for the Boston Ga Sip and Shop. We will be set up in the Synovus Bank parking lot. Come on out to and enjoy the 2nd Friday Sip and Shop with some Nachos a la Misión (our shredded chicken or veggie tostón nachos), or keep it simple with just an order of tostones (fried green plantains).

South Georgia friends!!! Come check us out at the Boston Spring Fling this Saturday, 3 Apr. We will be serving our PEPITOS [a Venezuelan sandwich made with marinated steak or chicken topped with a Caribbean style slaw, fresco cheese, potato sticks and of course our delicious guasacaca ["the green stuff"]. We will also have fresh plantain chips that can be served up as a plain snack or as our "NACHOS A LA MISIÓN"! We can't wait to see y'all!
