FYI: Please know we are not closing due to the regulations from TPWD. We have been doing this for about 17 years. With our kids getting older and soon will be in college, we want less stress and more freedom. We have just hit the burnout stage.
The industry has been good to us, filled with lots of wonderful memories. For that, we thank you.

With the closing of our Ranch, Several of you have asked, “What do you have available?”
To make it easier, I will attach our list from TWIMS.

We are willing to sell them
Individually, as a group, or as a whole herd. FYI, we have not tested for their GEBV or CODON.

Also, once we have removed all the deer from the property, we will list the equipment in our AI facility.

Lastly, we also still have several straws available.

I want to say thank you to everyone who has reached out about our available straws.
Talk about a reality check on the worth of these bucks. We will have to think about what to do with these straws in the coming months.

I also want to be clear: I'm not giving these straws away. Yes, the industry isn't what it used to be, and the price we paid (if you only knew) for them pre-CWD testing seems to make them not worth it now.

After years in the deer industry and much consideration, and with our herd's declining number (down to 58 head), we offer our stored semen to those interested.
We will also liquidate our herd as we have decided to exit the business.

It has been a fun adventure for the past 16+ years, but life changes, and we are ready to take a different direction.

If you are interested in any of the semen or what is available in the pen, please feel free to reach out.

Also, I do not have any Bucks codons or GEBV scores.
Why? We have been out of the loop for a few years and didn't know it was necessary. We haven't brought any new deer to our property in years; we just bred what we produced over the years.
With this said, we will do what we can to test the bucks that are no longer with us, but that might also leave you without an opportunity to have that buck if only one straw is available.
