This is Fred, the grandfather of a girl named Molly that I met at our vet's office. It was his 80th birthday and they bought him two of our delicious coconut pies. Molly said he was trying to get everyone to eat cupcakes so he could have more pie! What a compliment! Happy birthday Fred! Glad you enjoyed your pies!!

Three blue first place ribbons and three pink best in category ribbons for coconut pie, Dr pepper cake and almond thumbprint cookies with raspberry or apricot filling! We are happy!

I was blessed to be able to attend the National Pie Contest in Orlando Florida, we entered an apple pie but with 50 people and over 220 pies we didn't win anything. I did meet a few people and am happy that my dear friend Mauveline Hafer was able to join me. I ended up with a beautiful Emile Henry pie dish and learned how this works. Maybe at another event in the future we will see. Thanks for your support over the years we appreciate it.
