Customers, Family and Friends,
After our business was defined in a negative aspect at the Robstown ISD board meeting this past Monday, we feel it is our obligation to respond to Public Comments made by Marie Ramirez Lucio regarding Larry’s BBQ & Catering.

We are proud Picker Partners of RISD and have been for quite a while, we love supporting our community, staff and students whenever possible. As Picker Partners we were asked to participate in the Homecoming Parade, and we gladly accepted the invitation. We were also asked to cook 1k Hot Dogs for Fan Appreciation Night at “NO COST”, which we agreed to do as Picker Partners.

At no time , have any of these events been politically motivated.

I, Larry Cantu Sr. Owner/Cook of Larry’s BBQ & Catering have always been a supporter of RISD. I just wanted to ensure there was no misconception of my involvement with RISD.
