There was a long stretch of time where I genuinely didn’t believe I was worth much of anything.

Honestly, I still get trapped there sometimes.

What I didn’t know then — and spent most of my twenties learning the hard way — is that I was confusing two completely different things.

Self-confidence and self-trust.
