This recipe is so delicious cooked with our smoked hog jawl. We will be serving these Saturday with our BBQ tacos or with the sandwich.

September 5th is NATIONAL BACON DAY!!!! Peacock's Farm Fresh LLC has been invited to host a special event in Eastman at the old courthouse Dodge County Farmers Market 9 till 1. We will serve a special bacon lunch, a little background story about the dish and lots of activities!! Y'all come out and support this local farmers market! SEPTEMBER 5th 9 till 1 EBT ACCEPTED.

Our freezer will be fully stocked with smoked ham hocks,smoked jawl bacon, smoked feet and Links( Kielbasa, Bratwurst, Italian), and patties( 6 in a pack). Grown on our farm Free range eggs are available also! And We now have local honey from Golden Bee Apiaries in Hawkinsville.
