Hello Everyone!

So, as some of you may have heard, we're hangin' up our aprons after the end of this year! It's with a full heart (and maybe a little bit of BBQ smoke lingering in our hair!) that we're announcing the retirement of Hicks BBQ and Catering.

It all started as a weekend hobby, then came the Cypress House farmers markets, our first food trailer…and the rest, as they say, is history! We’ve been so lucky to be a part of so many amazing events birthdays, weddings, retirement parties, even celebrations of life you name it, we probably smoked some BBQ for it!

Seriously, thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Your support and love for our BBQ truly made this dream a reality. We're so grateful for every single customer who shared a meal with us. A massive shout out to our incredible employees you guys powered through long hours and scorching summer heat in that food truck! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Keep an eye on our page. We'll post updates there with all the final dates and locations for when we'll be rolling around. Hope to see you soon!

Awesome night. Thank you Discover Sycamore Tourism. This is our biggest event every year. You know how to throw a party. 9th year and 5th trophy. .
