๐Ÿฅœ 1/2 cup cashews, roughly chopped (substituted for peanuts)
๐Ÿƒ 1/2 cup chopped mint
๐ŸŒฟ 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

๐Ÿ“ Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ ๐Ÿฅญ In a large bowl, add the mango, cucumber, red onion, red chili, chopped nuts, and herbs.

Pineapple mint lemonade is a refreshing and light beverage made with freshly squeezed lemon juice. The addition of cooling mint makes it an essential drink for a hot day. ๐Ÿ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ‹

๐Ÿ“‹ Ingredients List:

๐Ÿฌ ยฝ cup granulated sugar
๐Ÿ’ง ยฝ cup water
๐ŸŒฟ ยฝ cup mint leaves, packed
๐Ÿ 2 cups pineapple juice
๐Ÿ‹ 1 cup lemon juice
๐Ÿ’ง 2 cups water

๐Ÿ“ Instructions:

๐Ÿฅ„ In a saucepan over medium heat, add granulated sugar, water, and mint leaves. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves. Lightly muddle mint leaves with a wooden spoon. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Allow to steep until room temperature, about 15-20 minutes. ๐ŸŒฟ
