This week’s specials start off with unami notes, and end decadently with full‑on chocolate and coffee bliss.
🍄🟫 First up is our Mushroom and Asparagus Salad that has farm lettuce, soy braised shiitake mushrooms, blanched asparagus, toasted farro. Dressed with a lime vinaigrette and then topped with a herb and bonito aioli and Chinese five spice crunch.
🍫 And for dessert, a Chocolate and Espresso Layer Cup created by our very own . This has white chocolate milk crumb, chocolate mousse made with a coffee liqueur made by Goofy Bandit, toffee, cinnamon whipped cream and then it’s topped with coco powder and coffee. 🍻 Pairs perfectly with our 2025 Bear Fight Stout
