This week’s specials start off with unami notes, and end decadently with full‑on chocolate and coffee bliss.

🍄‍🟫 First up is our Mushroom and Asparagus Salad that has farm lettuce, soy braised shiitake mushrooms, blanched asparagus, toasted farro. Dressed with a lime vinaigrette and then topped with a herb and bonito aioli and Chinese five spice crunch.

🍫 And for dessert, a Chocolate and Espresso Layer Cup created by our very own . This has white chocolate milk crumb, chocolate mousse made with a coffee liqueur made by Goofy Bandit, toffee, cinnamon whipped cream and then it’s topped with coco powder and coffee. 🍻 Pairs perfectly with our 2025 Bear Fight Stout

Gravity’s Temptation is a Barrel-Lagered Helles. It showcases our practiced art of oak-barrel lagering for a soft, balanced, and golden celebration of the brighter edges of the universe.

We made this beer with special German pilsner malt that was is bred for beer called Barke, lightly hopped with Hallertau MF, Tettnang, and Czech Saaz. We fermented it normally in stainless and then lagered it in neutral oak barrels for 2 months.

The year was 2010. The United States Men’s National Team was to play Algeria in our final group stage match of World Cup in South Africa ⚽️

We needed a win here to advance out of the group stage and into the knockout round of 16. Neither team was able to score in 90 minutes, and then like a burst of lightning in the 91st minute, a counter attack that started with goal keeping legend Tim Howard and ended 10 seconds later when Landon Donovan collected a rebound off the Algerian goalkeeper and slashed it home to the back of the net.

The commentator, Ian Darke, shouted the phrase, “Go, Go USA!” into the microphone following the goal sealing this moment as one to be remembered by Americans for generations 🥅

We are celebrating this memory with Go Go USA, an IPA brewed with hops from sea to shining sea, including Comet hops from Oregon, Citra hops from Washington, and Chinooks from NY.

🌊 Fried Clam Po’boy with cornmeal crunch, cool mayo, hot‑sauce heat. Giving full summer vibes.

🌶️ Popper Pizza, loaded with roasted garlic, pickled chilis, smoked cream cheese, bacon, mozzarella, and pepper jelly. Sweet, smoky, spicy. Every bite hits.

New release alert 😼 Maz, is our Imperial IPA. Available on draft and in 4-packs to-go at Strangebird.

Maz, Mazel, Mazzy; Mischief should be his name... Maz is Eric, our Director of Wood Aged Beer’s, cat. Maz has a strong personality, is intense, and at times, bitter, so it fit to name this beer after him. We loaded this beer with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops.
