Every Friday in June, we’re serving up generous portions of Maine lobster lightly dressed with mayo, white pepper, and fresh chives on a buttery split-top bun from Rising Stars Bakery. Add Great Lakes kettle chips and our house-made slaw, and you’ve got yourself the perfect summer lunch.

We’re hiring part-time kitchen help and catering load-in/load-out support, with potential for full-time opportunities for the right fit.

☘️Catering Assistants
Kitchen experience preferred. Mostly daytime hours, with some weekend/evening availability needed for events.

☘️Event Assistants
Dependable helpers needed for catering setup and breakdown. Great for high school and college students.
