Can I just say it? Little Luna here had THE PRETTIEST babies this year!

Our farm school kids have had the joy of seeing these babies “fresh out the oven” this year. If you missed it, your kids still can get in on farm (and other) animal experiences through our farm camps this summer!

Proud to have sent out just over 40 dozen eggs this year to our local schools to hatch for their life cycle lessons! Can you imagine?! 🐣🐥🐣🐥🐣🐥🐣🐥🐣🐥🐣🐥🐣🐥 🤪

Seeing only 4 dozen at once seems so...tame. 😅

Now we're past both our busy hatching season and rainy season, so if you're someone who wants to do some water glassed eggs to stock up for winter, now is the time to request it! Or just grab a few dozen for fresh eating right now!

Welcome piglets! Our Hereford/KuneKune sow, “McQueen” had ten piglets today! Cuteness overload! 😍

Did you know pigs can have multiple fathers per litter? We see that with these babies, some favoring Hereford genetics and some favoring the KuneKune genetics. Pretty cool!

These babies will most likely be available as feeder piglets in 4-8 weeks.

Meet the newest floofs on the farm! What a welcome addition amidst SO MUCH GLOOMY RAIN AND MUD. 😅🥰🥰🥰

We got these hatching eggs from Run Valley Farms semi-local to us (in Arkport), because why not refresh the flock genetics while testing out our replacement hatching kit incubators!

I’m a wee bit obsessed with all the fluffy cheeks in this batch. We’ll be expecting lots of fun new shell shades and speckle patterns when these babies grow up! Pray for mostly hens for me! 😅

(Also, if you want to enjoy this little joy for yourself, get on the waitlist for our hatching kit rentals! We are officially back in business after insurance changes to being able to offer these to our community! Get on the waitlist below, ASAP, because last time we offered the kits they sold out all available slots in about 2 hours. No joke! 😅)
