Plainview subscribers pick up their cookie boxes today, so what better time to talk to you about the final treat in the March box!
These tiramisu cake truffles start with an ultra soft brown butter cake and are mixed up with espresso, Baileys, and mascarpone 😍 (literally what could be better) I channel the style of truffle by coating them in a thin layer of dark chocolate before rolling them in a crunchy chocolate crumb.
I just loved all of the treats in this month’s box so much! Keep an eye on this space if you want to get your hands on some of these treats even without being a subscriber 🤩

The flavor combination that inspired this whole month’s box! Guava and cream cheese is a popular flavor combination in the Caribbean and I knew I had to make something when I spotted guava jelly . These cookies are sweet, creamy, tangy, and crunchy from the sugar coating— a combination keeps you coming back for more!

Think of these beauties as chocolate chip’s grown up cousin who studies abroad 😆
They have a deep, rich flavor from the tahini and are studded with dark & white chocolate and halva— a middle eastern candy made from sesame. I really love how these came together & hope you do, too!
