🏆 ROCHESTER, MN… THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! ❤️ (long post alert)
This past week, members of our Haley Comfort Systems team attended Pantheon, the annual conference hosted by ServiceTitan, the software platform that helps us run our business. It's a huge national gathering of contractors and home service professionals, and we came home with some very unexpected hardware!
Haley Comfort Systems was named the 2026 ServiceTitan Prometheus Flamekeeper Award winner for our Oktoberfest for Su***de Prevention fundraiser! For a little perspective on how big of a deal this is, ServiceTitan serves over 10,000 contractors across the nation. The Prometheus Award is a national recognition given to companies that go above and beyond their everyday business to create meaningful, positive change in their communities.
And somehow, our little corner of southeastern Minnesota was recognized on that national stage.
But here's what I really want everyone to know…This wasn't just Haley's award. This was OUR COMMUNITY'S award. Rochester & SE Minnesota, YOU won this.
When we started Oktoberfest for Su***de Prevention in 2021, it came from a very personal place. We wanted to honor a loved one we lost to su***de, bring awareness to mental health, and hopefully make a difference for others who might be struggling. We never could have imagined what it would become. What started as an idea has turned into something so much bigger than our family or our business. It's become a community of people showing up for one another. Thousands of people gathering for a common purpose. Hundreds of businesses and individuals giving what they can. And more than half a million dollars raised since we began.
But the most meaningful part has never been the money. It's the message behind it. That no matter what someone is going through, they are not alone. That there are people who care. That there is hope. And that even in a world that can sometimes feel divided, there is still so much good when people come together. To every single person who volunteered their time, donated a raffle prize, sponsored our event, purchased raffle tickets, made a financial contribution, helped spread the word, or simply showed up to support the cause… THANK YOU.
To our incredible volunteers who pour their hearts into this event year after year, thank you. And to the countless local businesses, organizations, friends, families, and complete strangers who have embraced this mission as their own, we are forever grateful. You are the reason this event has become what it is today. And you are the reason Rochester, Minnesota, was recognized on a national stage this week.
We also want to give a special thank you to Active PT, Purple Goat, and Chip Shots for being such incredible partners in making this event what it is today. Your generosity, commitment, and willingness to jump in year after year mean more than you know. We're incredibly fortunate to have businesses like yours in our corner who believe in this mission just as much as we do.
Finally, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to ServiceTitan and its Titans for Change team for recognizing the importance of giving back and for using their platform to celebrate businesses making a difference. We are incredibly honored.
And we're not quite done fundraising for 2026! Throughout the remainder of October, Haley's and our participating manufacturer partners are continuing to donate a combined $200 for every furnace, air conditioner, and fireplace sold during our Fall Sale. Every purchase helps us give a little more back to the organizations doing such important work in mental health and su***de prevention. We can't wait to share our final 2026 fundraising total with everyone at the beginning of November!
If there's one thing I hope comes from this recognition, it's that other businesses and communities see what's possible when people come together for something bigger than themselves. You don't need to have all the answers or start with something huge. You just need to care enough to start.
This award may have Haley Comfort Systems' name on it, but it belongs to every single one of you. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing the rest of the country what our community is made of.
