It may be Monday at home… but it's Tuesday Somewhere. 🧀🔥
Our Sauce of the Month is named after the feeling: "It's Tuesday Somewhere" — a taco-inspired sauce built to melt, pour, and dip.

Tuesday Fondue:
🥔 Crisp baby potatoes in French butter, cast iron
🧀 Score and lift the top of a boxed soft cheese
🌮 Pour in "It's Tuesday Somewhere," replace the lid
🔥 Wood-fired oven, 5 minutes (the char on the box is on purpose)
🌿 Fresh thyme
🥄 Crack the crust, stir, dip everything
The cheese:
Grace used Nuiton — a new soft, buttery cheese from Burgundy with sweet-salty notes, sold in its own wooden box (available at Wegmans ). Boxed subs that bake just as well:
• Mont d'Or — the original, ridiculously creamy (seasonal)
• Harbison (Jasper Hill, VT) — spruce-bound, year-round, easiest to find
• Rush Creek Reserve (WI) — seasonal, spruce-wrapped
• Winnimere (Jasper Hill) — washed-rind, smoky, for the adventurous
The box matters. It holds the cheese together once it goes molten. No box, no bake — transfer to a small baking dish instead.
