Jonathan Breger and Lauren Schreiber grow tasty veggies, herbs, garlic, and flowers on two acres of beautiful land in Independence Valley- a farming community forty minutes south of Olympia, Washington. Because we feel inspired and awed by the incredible wildness of this place, we strive to be as environmentally responsible as possible. We use very little machinery and fossil fuels, rotate crops,

add organic nutrients to the soil, and take care to grow old heirloom and rare varieties while creating very little waste. WE LOVE FOOD and we love to share it with you!

sometimes you go into your barn and find some beautiful vessels that your friend was storing there and you put yellow tulips in them but then you call her to make sure it’s ok that you are using them and she says “yes, use them, but they are urns” …. I dunno
