We grind and blend on-site to ensure maximum flavor. Stuart’s Spices has been providing gourmet quality spices, seasonings, peppers, rubs and sausage seasonings to the Rochester area for over 20 years. We mix our seasoning blends with our own recipes. Our 200+ spices & seasonings are gluten & MSG free. In addition to our retail shop, we provide spices & seasonings to restaurants & local food processing businesses.

Hey hunters! 🏹

Did you know we have a BUNCH of house-made sausage mixes? They take the guesswork out of how much of this and that you'll need, plus they come in resealable bags!

Italian, Cajun, and Polish are some of the champions, but we've also got Andouille, Chorizo, Maple, and Breakfast(Sage) in the mix! All the flavors we currently offer are listed on our website. 🧡

Each flavor comes in two sizes: enough to make 10lbs of sausage or 25lbs of sausage.

BONUS TIP: Not a hunter? No problem there - if you're making sausage at home from your preferred blend of meat or plant-based protein, you can use the same ratios!

Happy October! 🧡🍂

Lots of good news today on the first of the month, the first being we are open regular hours starting back up today!

And obviously if anything changes we'll let you know ASAP. We SUPER appreciate the patience and kindness we've been shown during this past week. 💖

The next great thing is that our blend of the month is campfire! We've got it freshly blended as always, but there's always something extra special about this one during the autumn months.

Sheet pan dinners, grilled pork loin, smashed potatoes - all of it will taste like you've cooked over a gorgeous campfire.

We'll have free samples out by the beginning of next week for you, so stop in and snag one!

It's TIME 🍵🍂

We know it's not technically until tomorrow, but we are so excited for the beginning of autumn. Cozy soups, cardigan weather, and plenty of reasons to enjoy a hot bevvie.

We'll make sure to be fully stocked on both our chai AND mulling mixes, so be sure to check them out if you haven't already!

And if you pop by the shop, chances are you'll get to see our ultra-cozy mulling kits! It comes with a glass jar, cinnamon sticks, and enough mulling mix for three batches of c***r!

New recipe is LIVE! 🌽

Our sweet corn pasta recipe is now on the website, and we definitely think you'll love this one.

It's ready in 35 minutes and makes a big ol' pan, perfect for a weeknight dinner, a small meal prep plan, or a game day side dish.

It's vegetarian, but can easily be vegan if you sub the regular butter out for a nice vegan butter. You can also serve it with your favorite protein if needed! What we're saying is this recipe is VERSATILE and we adore it. 💛

Game day treat time!

This is prime "quick eats" time for all households. Back to school prep, game day anticipation, and sunset at 7:30 now, we all need a little assistance. And we do love a little treat that comes together in a timely fashion.

That's why we're highlighting our dip mixes! They're perfect to make a fun, dippable dinner in a timeframe that won't literally leave you in the dark.

A favorite at the shop is the Texas Honey as a chicken wing dipping sauce. But you could also take the Beau-licious dip and craft a grazin' table for the family. We love it with cucumber spears, carrot sticks, and a good loaf of bread all nice and cubed up.

All our dip mixes are available in the shop AND also online, just to make things even easier for you. 💖

REMINDER we are closed tomorrow (Friday 9/11) but we'll be open Saturday from 10-4.

Happy Tuesday!

A few notes and updates from us for this week:

We're going to be closed a few Fridays this month. This upcoming Friday, and the 25th. We appreciate you sticking with us through some funky hour changing!

Next up, our free shipping threshold is going to be $35 moving forward. Any online orders over $35 will ship for free, and you can also select local pickup if you're in the neighborhood!

One last note is that we are still on South Clinton! But things are changing slowly and steadily at the new space. It's a mixed blend of feelings.

Hopefully we'll get to see you this week!
