Owned and managed by Breanna Holtan – sommelier and Rochester native with over 20 years of experience in the local hospitality industry – Queen City Coffee & Juice is a nod to Rochester’s first nickname, long before it was known as the Med City. (ASK BRE ABOUT QUEEN CITY!)
Queen City complements the Castle Commons atmosphere and bookstore, offering a full craft coffee menu, cold-pressed juice, house made kombucha, and baked goods in collaboration with Cameo. We focus on sustainability and source locally whenever possible.
RAW COLD PRESSED JUICE
We are proud to be the only cold-pressed juice producer in Rochester, MN! Our juicer is a Goodnature CT-7, the worlds first commercial counter top cold-pressed juicer. Cold-pressed means that our juices are never heated up during the juicing process. That means our juices are richer in nutritional content. We do offer juice packages for those that like to juice all day!
