Helsing Junction Farms For over 20 years, we've grown certified organic vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs on our farm's

Here at Helsing Junction Farms we grow a wide range of vegetables, and our small fertile valley produces some of the finest organic produce available. Some of our favorites are arugula, sweet corn, leeks, carrots, delicata squash, spinach and all-purple and all-red potatoes. Some of the more unusual vegetables we grow are bulbing fennel, escarole, French filet beans, radicchio, Italian zucchini an

d 10 types of gourmet lettuce. We also raise several acres of strawberries and raspberries and have a small orchard of Asian pears and Liberty apples. In addition, we cultivate several acres of calla lilies, Asiatic and Oriental lilies, gladiolas, lavender and sunflowers and grow 10 different varieties of herbs.

That's a wrap on another bountiful CSA season!!

We made it through the last week of cold harvest mornings with only a little rain and plenty of mud.

Incredibly grateful for our amazing crew that stuck through it to send out our last deliveries today and help get everything cleaned up and put away for winter. We are all looking forward to some winter rest & recuperation ❤️♨️🍲🧖‍♀️

We are excited to share that the farmstand is back in action! And packed full of so many seasonal treats 🥕🍆🍅🫑
Including: lunchbox peppers, mini honeydew melons, cherry tomatoes, and eggplant

It certainly wasn't straightforward or cheap to replace the broken fridge in the middle of a busy & bountiful season 😅 but we appreciate our local customers patience while we revamped.

This new and improved fridge has lights and doors that open out as opposed to "slide" the way our old ones were intended to 🫣
