"It also reminded me of what I loved about this festival roughly 20 years ago...

You walked into the festival, looked at the tables, and started figuring it out. Maybe you found something you loved. Maybe you found something terrible. Maybe you ended up talking to a stranger for 15 minutes because you were both standing at the same table. That sense of discovery was part of the fun, and I realized last night that I still love that part of beer festivals just as much as I did then."
