All my treats are vegan and organic, and made with locally-sourced ingredients when possible. All can be made gluten-free by request. When people try my cupcakes for the first time, they usually can't believe they're vegan because of how rich and flavorful they are. tures without taxing the environment by using animal products, then, well... why not bake vegan? My concerns for environmental sustainability and the wellness of all living beings on the Earth are central to my decision to bake vegan-only treats. While being an omnivore who bakes vegan, I believe that if we make little substitutions and changes to the way we eat and live, we can collectively have a substantial, positive impact on the planet.
