❤️ A little small-business love from Sugar Therapy today!

A couple times a year, I participate in the Just Between Friends consignment sale—and I’m a shopper, too! It’s one of my favorite ways to clear out what we’ve outgrown and stock back up on clothes, shoes, toys, books, games and all kinds of kid stuff without buying everything new.

These sales only work when people show up to SHOP, so I wanted to use my little corner of Facebook to help spread the word. ❤️

✨ Tiny treats, big impact. ✨

Can we talk about how perfect mini donuts are for brunch celebrations? They’re sweet, dainty, festive—and each guest gets their very own little edible work of art. 💕

These were created for a wedding shower brunch with a Citrus Bistro theme centered around lemons, limes, and strawberries. 🍋🍓🌿 Every donut was decorated individually to coordinate with the celebration, turning a simple little dessert into part of the décor itself.

That’s one of my favorite things about mini donuts: they’re already perfectly portioned for guests, they can be completely customized to your theme, and when displayed together, they make such a beautiful addition to a dessert table. No slicing or serving—just grab your favorite and enjoy!

Because sometimes dessert shouldn’t just taste good…it should help make the whole party feel special. ✨

A little behind-the-scenes strawberry cake pop therapy 🍓✨

I sped up the process, but one thing I hope new bakers don’t rush is the learning part. There are so many talented new bakers turning up the heat lately, and I thought it would be fun to share how I make my strawberry cake pops from start to finish.

If you’re just getting started: practice, experiment, make mistakes, and most importantly—have FUN with it. ❤️ Every batch teaches you something, and every pop gets a little better than the last. Practice really does make progress (and eventually, some pretty cute strawberries 😉).

And for my customers who usually only see the finished product—here’s a peek at what’s happening behind the scenes before those little treats make it into the box! 🍓

We kept the adorable strawberry idea, then dressed her up for the occasion: gold sticks, soft pink bows, little blossoms, leaves, and just enough extra detail to make them feel bridal-shower worthy. 🍓🌸🎀

What a fun moment at SPARK Children’s Museum! 💙

I had the opportunity to share a little math, science, art, and baking with an amazing group of kids. We mixed our own colored frosting, created patterns with sprinkles and M&M’s, painted on edible paper with edible watercolors, and even practiced symmetry by finishing the other half of animal drawings.

The room was absolutely packed with curious minds, creativity, and so much energy. It was such a joy to watch the kids experiment, create, and learn while having fun.

A huge thank you to SPARK Children’s Museum for inviting Sugar Therapy RX to be part of such a wonderful program. I’m grateful for the opportunity and can’t wait to do it again!

These chocolate cake pop discs were such a fun order to create! Knowing they’re being shared with another local business makes it even sweeter. Supporting our community (with a little chocolate 😊) is always a win-win. ❤️

A year ago, I never imagined I’d be ordering 25-pound boxes of chocolate just to keep up with orders.

It’s a bit of a first-world problem in the summer—expedited shipping and ice packs are a necessity, and sometimes the chocolate still arrives with a little melting. Thankfully, that doesn’t affect the quality at all.

I don’t cut corners on ingredients because I want every cake pop to taste as good as it looks. I’m incredibly grateful that so many of you continue to support Sugar Therapy RX. This is one of those challenges that reminds me just how far this little business has come, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. ❤️
