MILK WINE was created in 2013 by Tyler and Alicia Wolk and Josh and Jenna Miles with the intention of bringing life to one of their deepest shared passions: WINE. The Miles and Wolk families have a deep love for California wine and decided to create their own label MILK – a combination of the two families names. MILK's first wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Rutherford with grapes sourced by co

nsulting winemaker Ray Coursen of Elyse Winery off a distinct plot of land on the valley floor. Two tons will yield approximately 120 cases or 5 barrels on their inaugural vintage, expected to be released in the spring of 2015. MILK has also begun work on both a red and a white field blend which will potentially be available in 2014.
