The focus of the small batch, handmade products available from The Sweet & Spicy Life is creating convenient food products that contain only real food, and are made without preservatives or artificial ingredients. e of products that are Low Carb and Keto friendly! In 2014, as a single parent to three young children, I found myself navigating some health issues of my own, as well as a child with special needs. Eating a whole foods based diet greatly improved our lives, but involved more cooking time and limited the convenience products that were available. Over time, our diets have explored both Whole30 and Paleo, and have now settled on a clean Keto and low carb lifestyle. I started The Sweet & Spicy Life to create a healthier alternative to the convenience food products available, with the goal of helping my family and others create clean, great tasting meals without compromising on diet needs, nutrition, or taste. Every mix has been created - and perfected - with the help and feedback of family and friends who have taste tested every product! I am confident that you will enjoy each and every product you try.
