Down to our last pumpkins! Five reasons to snag a pumpkin Friday 9-12 & 3-6 PM:

1) Artists! ➡️ If you buy one of our pumpkins and bring it back carved food, farm, or faith themed before 10/29 for us to display, we’ll refund you in STORE CREDIT! Don’t forget to give us your name at purchase.

2) Weightlifters ➡️ $40 for ALL YOU CAN CARRY - hold as many pumpkins in your bare arms/hands as possible (no limit on variety) & pay $40. One checkout per person

3) Foodies! ➡️ Every type we sell is edible and delicious, from the biggest to the smallest. Cook it all now, or Ziploc bag and freeze it in chunks to cook all winter long. Soup, curry, roasted wedges, pasta sauce… you name it.

4) Decorators ➡️ Secure your beautiful seasonal porch decor while keeping your fall dollars local. Most pumpkins you see are shipped from far away. These are grown right here in your community. Support the people growing food and caring for the land right here in your area.

5) Bakers! ➡️ Your pumpkin spice era starts here. Homemade pumpkin bread, muffins, soup, pancakes, and pie. Skip the canned stuff. A simple homemade purée levels up every recipe.

Watching the monarchs migrate over the farm has been magical this week. We’ll be sure to share more photos. It feels incredible to know we are one of their stops🦋

Harvesting a lot this week & partnering with several other farmers (mostly no-spray certified organic) this week to bring lots of produce to your family on Friday. Should have most of the following as long as weather cooperates!

This is one of the best farms in the area with some of the most amazing stories. I was honored to include them in my local farm book that prints later this fall.

If you have the chance, I HIGHLY recommend making the stop to meet Mr. Powell! You will not regret it and will cherish the memories and cherish what you learn🤍

Small farms are special, but there’s nothing like a co-op farm where multiple small businesses get to work alongside and support each other🌱✨

One of the main reasons we first left markets and built the farm store was because we were seeing produce and meats from all over the world in grocery stores and farmers markets.

We understand global markets and why they exist but wanted to build a place where people can buy from farmers they know who can answer their questions, be sure they’re buying real local food, keep their money in the local economy, and bless their communities.

We are working hard to bring that vision to life, and one of the things we’re doing to make it happen is spending time every week visiting the other farms we supply from and really getting to know the local families and people behind the things you buy.

We are blown away every time we step foot on these farms because they’re the best - at what they do, how they grow it, and how they care for the land.

Everything sold at Kingdom Gardens is Carolina local - minus water bottles and seasonal pint bottles of apple c***r from Georgia!
