💛 Community Pop-Up for a Cause 💛

We are beyond honored to announce a special pop-up event benefiting the Jamie Nicholas Scholarship Fund.

Join us this Monday, April 13th from 2:00–8:00 PM at Armory Park in Rock Hill for an afternoon filled with love, community, and giving back.

🍪 The Rolling Pin Bakery will be serving up homemade treats from 3-6pm. Treats are available for donations and 100% of proceeds will go directly to the scholarship fund.

🚗 My husband will also be on site hosting a car wash with NextLevel Detailing and Reconditioning, so you can get your car cleaned while supporting an amazing cause!

This is more than an event, it’s a chance to come together, uplift a family’s legacy, and help invest in a student’s future.

We would love to see our community show up big for this one. Every donation makes a difference. 💛

These are for the people who don’t want a “hint” of chocolate…

You want CHOCOLATE chocolate.
Like:
– rich, dark, super moist cake
– thick swirls of fudgy chocolate frosting
– chocolate gnache drizzle
– little chocolate bits all over the top because why not

They’re a little dramatic.

This past weekend, The Rolling Pin Bakery had the honor of donating 4 dozen cupcakes, Red Velvet and Strawberry, for a fundraising event for two incredible local organizations. No Sad Story Ministries, Inc. and Cry Out 2 Get Out in Rock Hill, SC.

Cry Out 2 Get Out serves individuals and families fleeing domestic violence, helping them find safety, connect with community resources, and rebuild their lives with dignity and support during transitional seasons.

No Sad Story Ministries works to empower individuals facing trauma and hardship through education, outreach, holistic community support, meeting people where they are, and walking alongside them toward stability and hope.

I’m grateful that something as simple as cupcakes can be part of something so much bigger.

If you’ve ever wondered how you could make a difference, this is one way. These organizations are doing real, life-changing work in our community. Whether through donations, volunteering, or simply sharing their mission, support matters.

To everyone who came out and purchased treats at the Pop-Up, whether you’re a returning customer or you were trying The Rolling Pin Bakery for the very first time, thank you. Truly. Every single purchase, kind word, and smile meant more to me than you know.

Seeing familiar faces come back again and again reminds me that I’m building something real. And meeting new supporters who instantly show love? That’s such a special feeling.
