Braeside Farm Gardens A Rock Hill, SC farm - organically grown vegetables, herbs, & flowers. If you volunteer in the garden, you can take home veggies, herbs, and flowers!

The garden is growing and growing! All the plants are grown organically. No pesticides or fertilizers are used. In addition, all plants are started from heirloom organic seeds. Spring 2011 we had a good crop of lettuces, spinach, kale, peas, radishes, bok choy, and beets. Early June brings us basil, brocolli, carrots, and onions! Mid-summer we will have more basil, tomatoes, and cucumbers! Late su

mmer we will have cabbages, peppers, and potatoes! For 2011, Braeside is offering a bartering program. We are in need of volunteers to w**d, water, and plant. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Jamilyn at 843-475-9083.

Sauteed radishes... really? Slice radishes, saute in butter, lemon juice, and salt for about 10 minutes. These are great!
