Just got done trying out new GOB seasoning. Very good! For those of you who like a little extra kick, there’s also some cayenne pepper added to it that really compliments the other ingredients. My family will be sure to keep this in our spice rack- this will definitely be part of our rotation.

First time trying the 3-2-1 foil method- I’ve always kept them on the grill and sprayed every hour until the last hour where I would put the sauce on. I have to say I am very happy with the results. I used Cajun on one rack and combined Basil Bash with Fusion on the other. After three hours I wrapped them with butter, brown sugar, and apple juice on one, smoked ghost pepper infused maple syrup from on the other. To finish off, I used Half Kick sauce on the rack with the Cajun seasoning and Raspberry Chipotle sauce on the other. The meat came right off the bone!
