Wayne and Jason fell in love with Southern Pride smokers. These commercial grade restaurant rotisserie smokers make cooking anything simple and consistent. For those long overnight cooks you can trust that unlike with regular smokers - you can really set it and hit the sack.

Wayne and Jason live in Rock Hill SC. We make this equipment available for local caterers and also non profits to use for BBQ fund raisers.
