We are brimming with berries! In addition to some delicious raspberries, this weekend we have freshly harvested elderberries for the first time ever at the farm stand! Unlike raspberries, elderberries are not for eating raw; cook them down to make elderberry syrup or tincture for those winter colds you know are coming, or enjoy some elderberry jam. Do you have a good elderberry recipe? Share it in the comments!

Be bold and try something new! Tromboncino squash is delicious. Treat it just like zucchini. The seeds are all at the bottom, so it is perfect for spiralizing into zoodles. Get one from the farm stand today and you'll be glad you did :)

The farm stand is brimming with veggies! In addition to the usuals (tomatoes, cukes, peppers, garlic, potatoes, luffa, summer squash) today we added two new items...sweet corn and yard long beans!
