Barron's Creek Jerky Barron's Creek Jerky is a small family business located in Rock Island, TN. It is a USDA inspected facility and has been in operation since 2001.

Barron's Creek Jerky is owned and operated by Henry Colwell and family. The jerky is made in a small facility with a few small batch dehydrators, one batch at a time. After it is dehydrated we package the jerky and once a week deliveries are made to our stores.

We are sorry to announce that we are no longer processing deer due to unforeseen circumstances, this is effective immediately. We would like to thank all of our loyal customers, who have trusted us with their deer processing over the years.

For those customers who currently have deer at our facility, we will notify you when we have it processed.
