CALLING ALL PEPPER GROWERS!

It’s that time of year when I ask for donations of peppers for this year’s Peppers for Pets event. I’ll take whatever you have to give but the hotter the better! 😊 DM me for more info.

Starting the week of September 7th I’d like to start collecting the peppers. We can meet up, you can drop off, or I’ll come pick them from your yard if need be.

The event is September 19th so even if you don’t have peppers to give come check out the event.

GOLDEN GREEN: ($8) This Serrano based sauce was made with small amounts of paprika, garlic, black pepper, turmeric, brown sugar, and then sprinkled with mustard seeds. The flavor is a delicious sharp tang, subtlety sweet, and a milder heat. This one is perfect for any sort of tacos, eggs, or pizza but if you’re like me you’ll just put it on everything. VIDALIA VENDETTA: ($8) Flavor wise this one has a double punch of garlic and onion which is a fantastic flavor combo if you ask me! Comprised of mostly Hatch Chilies, a couple of Habanero, garlic, and a whole bunch of onions it reminds me of a vidalia onion dressing but not as sweet. So once you get that garlic and onion combo the sneaky mild heat will present itself to your taste buds in a way that will leave you wondering if it’s even hot at all. It is, but not much. Estimated Scoville: 12,000
