Scott Florence, owner of Great River Brewery in Downtown Davenport, is all about bringing the Quad Cities together through food, drink, and community. The GRB patio is back as a go-to spot for enjoying locally brewed beers and mouthwatering pizzas, made with a little help from other QC businesses.

Inside the brewery, you’ll find Crawford Company brew tanks and dough from Mama Bosso, a QC staple since 1962 – a business Florence bought in 2013. Now, you can find Mama Bosso pizzas in grocery stores throughout Iowa, Northwest Illinois, and Southwest Wisconsin! 🛒

“Our pizzas are made with traditional ingredients like malt syrup and high-protein flour,” Florence says, “We’ve added new, irresistible toppings like herbs and fresh mozzarella to create something QC locals can’t get enough of.”

In addition to pizza, GRB offers giant pretzels and bruschetta, all crafted from Mama Bosso dough, delivered fresh daily from just across the river. 🥨🚛

Florence’s future vision? Frozen Great River-branded pizzas for take and bake at the brewery – and beyond. 🍕🔥
