We are here at The Chattanooga Market from 11-4 today! Come by and pick up some farm fresh beef or just say hi! The rain has finally stopped so ya’ll come out and do some shopping.

1/2 AND WHOLE HOGS AVAILABLE!!
They are getting processed TOMORROW!
Custom cut to your specifications and they can cure and smoke hams, bacon, etc.

Last years average total costs was $400-500 for a half hog and 120 pounds of meat in your freezer and whole hog was $800-900 and 240 pounds of meat all depends on how it’s cut and processed.

We have been busy on the farm in just about every aspect from feeding silage to finishing hay and we have even been digging trees ( if you didn’t know we sell those too 😜)

1st picture is 4 well fed fat cattle we dropped off at the processor 2 weeks ago that will be picked up in the next 1-2 weeks.. (grades were 2 prime and 2 choice)

2nd picture is a whole herd around the feed wagons eating silage

Last 3 pictures are the delicious meat that comes from these well fed animals. We’ve been slinging steaks, ground beef, briskets, and everything in between.

So let me know if you need any meat or help stocking your freezer!

BEEF IT’S WHAT’S FOR DINNER!!!
We will be picking up from the processor next week so let me know if you need a 1/4, 1/2 or whole cow
or just 1 steak and 1 pound of ground beef.

I have been using beef fat to fry all my fresh vegetables and they taste better than ever 😋 it’s not so greasy/oily and you don’t feel like a 🐷 after overindulging on all the meat and veggies.
