How many pounds of butter do you think Americans consume from November to December each year?

You may be surprised and happy to know that Americans use 161 million pounds of butter during the Thanksgiving-Christmas season...that's a lot of butter!!

Silage harvest is completed! So thankful for a safe harvest and decent yields despite our farm being located in a very dry area this year. Covering the rest of the pile this afternoon! 🎉

More of pile covered—hopefully done chopping late tonight or early tomorrow. Rest of pile will be covered tomorrow! Grateful for all the employees and family that helped cover! Pizza party afterwards!
