Wednesday Recipe! This is a mouthwatering, crowd-pleasing holiday dish. Which recipes are your top holiday picks?
Apple Cranberry Pork Loin:

3-4 lb pork loin roast
1/2 cup Black Garlic Apricot Dijon
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Cranberry Apple Topping:

1 cup fresh cranberries
1 large apple, diced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp melted butter

For the Apple Cider Glaze:

1 cup Black Garlic Apple Cider
2 tbsp Black Garlic Apricot Dijon
2 tbsp brown sugar

1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)

2. Prepare Pork Loin:
In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, brown sugar, olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Rub this mixture all over the pork loin, coating it thoroughly.

3. Cover with apple cranberry mix.

4. Roast the Pork:
Place the pork loin in a roasting pan.
Roast for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes (about 20 minutes per pound), or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
10 minutes before its time to take it out, pour Apple Cider Sauce over the roast. Then pull the roast from the stove. Cover loosely with foil and let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Our sweet Dakota loved! The groomers! I’d ask the Groomer to look at Dakota‘s back legs and tell me what she thought. He stands kind of funny and he won’t lift his leg to p*e. She confirmed what I thought that he had been kennel and forced to kennel in a crate That was too small for him for long long periods of time. Which is made his legs form funny. But he’s such a good boy and he was so proud of how clean he was and how good he did at the groomers. He’s all smiles!❤️❤️ thanks ladies for your great work.

Barkley’s Pet Grooming is so great with my big guys. Sam Loves the ladies down here. Bow he is a drama queen and acts like he’s being so mistreated, until he’s done the he prances around all happy to show off is clean coat. Dakota is photo bombing Sam. Sam sat there patiently waiting for him to get out of the way so he could have his picture taken. Dakota goes to the groomers for the first time tomorrow. Wish us luck.
