The month of May, the last month of school the kids got to pick what they wanted on the menu. Oh boy ….interesting 🤣🤣🤣
I reminded the parents… Your kids picked these items lol !!!!
They actually picked a lot of really good stuff, a lot of the meals that I’ve made that they like and only a few additions that I hadn’t done before. It’s fun and it’s good for them to have a say about what they want.
Yesterday was SpaghettiOs, I told them I would make them homemade, but I wouldn’t do SpaghettiOs from a can… I was terrified yesterday not sure how I was going to fair! 😬 one little girl said, “Chef Leah, best SpaghettiOs ever “ whew! 🤗
The kids are getting wild these days, they’re counting the days until summer! I know I’m getting wild these days waiting for the same thing… We all need vitamin D, we’re ready for that beautiful sunshine and the time when kids just to get to be kids with less responsibility! I just love these kids! It’s been such a blessing to be a part of their days!
