Want to know what you get with a half a cow share? One of our recent customers shared with us what they received in their half a cow share.

•5 pkgs of T-bone steaks (2 per pkg)
•4 pkgs of porterhouse (2 per pkg)
•8 pkgs of sirloin steaks(2 per pkg)
•8 pkgs of round steaks(2 per pkg)
•34 pkgs of hamburger (1.5-2lbs each)
•10 pkgs chuck roasts
•4 pkgs arm roasts
•8 pkgs rib steaks
•6 soup bones & oxtail
•2 pkgs sirloin tip roasts
•4 pkgs rump roasts
•4 pkgs liver

The amounts will vary depending on the weight and size of the cow.
Also you can pick and choose what you want for cuts, this was just an example of what they received.
Their half a cow fit into these four boxes, just give an example for freezer space.

One of these babies isn't like the others. Not sure how that happened. 🙃

We have a few spots left for our grass fed beef. We sell by the whole, half, and quarter. A whole cow should average between 600-700lbs of beef for your freezer.
Contact us for more information.

Our cows are raised here on our farm and get no antibiotics, hormones, or grain.
They are rotationally grazed in our pastures, moving everyday to a fresh slice of pasture. In the winter we feed with hay when our grass runs out.

~Why Choose Grass-fed Beef?~

*Lower in total fat and calories*

*Higher in essential heart healthy omega3s

*Lower in the saturated fats linked with heart disease

*Higher in vitamin E

*Higher in the minerals calcium, magnesium, and potassium

We are located just outside of the Dells in beautiful Rock Springs, WI. We encourage all of our buyers to come and see where their food is raised.

The cows are enjoying the tall grass. We can't seem to move them fast enough to keep up with it, it's a nice problem to have.

The cows are demanding for winter to leave and spring to start. They are tired of eating hay and want fresh grass.

11/28/2016

Took this today 11/28/16 to show that our cows are still grazing. While most area farms are feeding hay already we can still graze on the pastures we stockpiled.
