🏢✨ NEARLY $30,000 INVESTED IN DOWNTOWN ROCK SPRINGS!

We’re excited to celebrate two more investments in Downtown Rock Springs through our Façade Improvement Grant Program!

👏 Fernando & Floricela Antunez received a $3,930 grant for improvements to their property at 516 Broadway, currently home to Home on the Range.

🍦 Maddy’s Artisanal Ice Cream and More, at 756 Pilot Butte Avenue, received a $6,000 grant toward improvements to their Downtown property.

That’s $9,930 in grant funding — but the impact is much bigger.

💰 When combined with matching and additional private funds, these two projects represent nearly $30,000 being invested into TWO Downtown Rock Springs properties!

And here’s something we’re especially proud of: our façade grant dollars are raised privately.

When you attend events like Sweetwater Blues n’ Brews, you’re doing more than having a great afternoon in Bunning Park. Proceeds help fund programs like this one, allowing us to turn community support into real, visible reinvestment in Downtown Rock Springs. ❤️

Over our 20-year history, we’ve awarded more than $300,000 in grants to Downtown property owners — dollars that have helped leverage even more private investment in our Downtown buildings.

🍻 You attend an event.
💰 We raise funds.
🏢 Those funds go back Downtown.
🔨 Property owners invest even more.
❤️ Our entire community benefits.

That’s what Downtown revitalization is all about.

Congratulations to our latest grant recipients, and THANK YOU to everyone who supports our events and helps us continue investing in Downtown Rock Springs!

🎉🛍️ WHAT A SEASON! THANK YOU, SWEETWATER COUNTY!

That’s officially a wrap on the 2026 Main Street Market, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better season! ❤️

This year brought a BIG change as we moved the Market to Bunning Park — and based on the feedback we heard all summer long, we think it’s safe to say the new location was a hit!

The park gave us room to grow, a beautiful setting to gather and a whole new atmosphere for Thursday evenings Downtown.

And grow we did!

👏 We DOUBLED the number of vendors from last year, bringing an incredible variety of produce, food, handmade goods, art, crafts, local businesses and more to Bunning Park each week.

We’re still compiling our attendance figures for the season and hope to have those numbers in the coming weeks, but you certainly didn’t need a counter to see what was happening — the park was BUSY!

More importantly, it felt like a community.

Families gathered for dinner. Kids enjoyed Story Time. Friends met up after work. People wandered from booth to booth. Vendors helped one another. Musicians filled the park with music. And week after week, our community came Downtown to shop, eat, visit and simply spend time together.

That’s exactly what we hoped the Main Street Market could become. ❤️

Of course, our first season in Bunning Park wasn’t without a few challenges. Construction complicated access, our vendors learned the ins and outs (and sometimes VERY tight turns! 😬) of a new location, and Wyoming weather occasionally reminded us who was really in charge.

But everyone rolled with it — and YOU ALL KILLED IT!

A huge THANK YOU to our vendors, entertainers, community partners, volunteers and everyone who helped make each Thursday happen.

And especially, THANK YOU to every single person who came to the Market this summer. Whether you came every Thursday or only made it once, every purchase from a vendor, meal from a food truck and hour spent enjoying Bunning Park helped make this season a success.

We’ll be spending the coming weeks reviewing the season, gathering the final numbers, talking about what worked and what we can improve, and starting to make plans for 2027.

But for now, we’re just going to enjoy this one.

☀️ Seven weeks.
🛍️ Twice the vendors.
🎶 Great entertainment.
🌳 A new home in Bunning Park.
❤️ And one pretty incredible community.

THANK YOU, SWEETWATER COUNTY, FOR AN AMAZING 2026 MAIN STREET MARKET SEASON!

We’ll see you next year! 🎉🛍️❤️

✨ 20 Years of Impact — Before & After ✨
📍 124 M Street — Residential

Now THIS is a transformation!

The before-and-after photos of 124 M Street show just how much difference investment, vision and some hard work can make.

What was once a property in need of significant attention has been completely refreshed — from the exterior and windows to the porch, roofline and all of those details that give a building new life.

Today, the property is home to a small apartment building with several residential units, providing something that is especially important to a healthy Downtown: housing.

Downtown revitalization isn’t just about storefronts, restaurants and public spaces. It’s also about creating places for people to live. More Downtown residents mean more people walking the neighborhood, supporting nearby businesses and adding activity throughout the day and evening.

And sometimes, the impact is as simple as taking an existing property and giving it a new lease on life.

Serving the Community. Shaping Downtown.

☕💼 LET’S TALK BUSINESS — COFFEE’S ON US!

We’re kicking off Brewed for Business, a casual new opportunity for local business owners and entrepreneurs to connect, learn and share ideas — without the stuffy conference room or formal presentation vibe.

Our first gathering is Tuesday, September 1 at 9 a.m. at Bike & Trike/Java Peddler, featuring Kara Beech of Beech Creative Group and a timely conversation about:
