2024 Skin Ferment Dry Riesling

Not your average Riesling — and we meant it that way.

This one started at our home farm, hand picked, then spent 9 days fermenting on its skins before we pressed it and let it finish dry in stainless. Spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention.

The result? Think Riesling but with a fuller body and a bouquet that leans into orange zest, tangerine, and apricot. Refreshing and fruit forward. Just a little more interesting than what you're used to.

Skin contact done right keeps the freshness. We kept a close eye on it — 9 days was the perfect spot.

New whites, reds, and rosé's from the 2025 vintage are on their way to our tasting menu as we get closer to spring here in the Finger Lakes.

Join our winemaker for an intimate tasting experience 🍷 Only 2 tasting opportunities left!

On March 20th & 27th, you’re invited to our cozy lounge by the fire, as our winemaker, Perry Hicks, leads you through an exclusive, in-depth tasting experience.

Perry will hand-select 8 wines for you to taste through between past and present vintages of Barnstormer, and maybe even include some additional surprises along the way!

$49/pp wine club, $59/pp non-club

Each ticket includes:
- A tasting of exclusive Barnstormer wines
- A pairing board of locally sourced cheeses and charcuterie per couple/2 folks
- Reserved access in our lounge by our fireplace, with intentionally small groups to allow you to dive deeper into your experience with our winemaker.

Attention all Aviator’s Wine Club Members!

Our March pickup party is fast approaching! Saturday, March 7th from 11am – 3pm, we will be featuring 4 of our favorite Barnstormer wines and offering a complimentary seasonal culinary pairing prepared by our in-house Barnstormer Kitchen, for each member +1 guest. Yum! Additional guests can be brought in for the wine tasting & culinary pairing experience for $27/pp. Join us this early springtime season, warm up by our fireplace and stock up on your favorite wines for the sunny months ahead.

Please RSVP by e-mailing our GM & Wine Club Manager, Kelly, the number of guests & time you’d like to join us that day.
