we’re still harvesting beautiful tomatoes, corn, and summer vegetables, while peppers are making their debut and our cooler-season crops like radishes, turnips, and winter squash are beginning to arrive.

We were honored to spend time at Eleven Madison Park sharing the stories behind the tomato varieties we’re harvesting right now: from heirlooms to lesser-known specialty varieties, each with its own character, flavor, and texture.

We love getting to connect with chefs who approach ingredients with the same curiosity and care that we bring to the field. There’s nothing quite like seeing our harvest make its way from our soil to one of NYC’s most thoughtful kitchens 🍅❤️

After months of planting, trellising, pruning, and patiently waiting, our vines are finally overflowing with tomatoes in every shape, size, and color 🍅

This year we’re harvesting scores of heirloom and cherry tomato varieties. Our Sungold, Sunpeach, and Sakura cherry tomatoes are especially sweet this time of year, and they’re some of our favorite varieties to snack on while working in the fields.

Meet Roc d'Or, a beautiful French heirloom wax bean that's as delicious as it is vibrant. These slender, buttery-yellow beans are crisp, tender, and naturally sweet, with a delicate flavor that shines in simple summer dishes.

Unlike green beans, wax beans stay mellow and creamy when cooked, making them perfect for sautéing with garlic and olive oil, tossing into a Niçoise salad, pickling, or blanching and serving with fresh herbs and butter.

Like all the vegetables we grow, our Roc d'Or beans are certified organic and harvested by hand at peak freshness, so you'll get the best flavor and texture possible.

Look for them this week at our farm stands and in CSA shares while they're in season! 💛
