notes from the field: sweet potato season is here, and we’re busy harvesting these sweet, earthy gems from the soil 🍠 after harvest, we cure our sweet potatoes by leaving them out in the fields to bring out their natural sweetness and help them store longer through the winter. we can’t wait for you to enjoy this fall favorite at the farmers market and around your dinner table 💜

🦃 Turkey season is officially here! 🍂

Our organic, pasture-raised whole turkeys are now available to order on our website for nationwide shipping!

Our turkeys are humanely and organically raised on a small family farm without the use of any antibiotics, arsenic or hormones. They are fed only non-GMO organic grains and certified organic pasture, with no animal by-products, no pesticides or herbicides. Alhamdulillah, they are all hand slaughtered and certified Halal by HFSAA.

🍗 Turkeys range from 14–25 lbs, so you can choose the weight range that works best for your table.

📦 Please note that shipped orders cannot be held—your turkey will ship right away, so plan accordingly!

stopped by the stand yesterday and we bonded over our love of one of the most popular herbs we’re growing right now: delfino cilantro. this feathery specialty cilantro has a subtle, refreshing citrus flavor profile great for fresh salsas and garnishes, making it a chef favorite. but the story behind the seed is what makes it exceptional:

farmer and team member zach pickens made it his mission to revive delfino cilantro after the seed was discontinued back in 2011. he tracked down a handful of seeds and used them to increase his own supply, and the rest is history!

the delfino won’t be around for long, so make sure to stop by our markets and check it out 💚
