If you love pepperoni past bake, you’ll love this low carb option. The pasta was replaced with zucchini. We also have a high protein option w protein pasta.

Good morning everyone. Here is the menu for next week! (Pick up on Monday 09/02) All orders will need to be placed and paid for by Saturday August 31st.

Below you will see all macros, and information for the food.

Our grilled chicken salads are available any week, and can be picked up on Mondays as well. The salads will include:

grilled chicken, one boiled egg, low fat shredded cheese(if wanting), carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, and
red onions. We will have homemade ranch, homemade Italian, light ranch, light Italian, thousand Island, and light thousand island.

I will be branching out more on the meals I offer. I would like to try out a different way of doing things. I will only be putting meals out on Monday evenings @ 6pm. I will also be allowing customers to build their own meals based on the kind of meal plan needed.

All meals will come with 1 protein, 1 or 2 veggies and 1 or 2 carbs/starches. I also offer vegan options, but that’s a little more difficult to explain in 3 lists. If you are needing/wanting vegan preps, please call or Text me, so we can review more options.
