We are proud to now offer two new sparkling wines produced by @ukywinery! 2017 Solidago, and 2019 Half Apple Sparkling Cider. Head on over to give it a go!

There is just something about bubbles in a glass to make you want to celebrate. You deserve to pour some bubbly for yourself! We are very proud to partner with our friends @ukywine to showcase two of their amazing sparkling wines in our tasting room. Now available are: 2017 Solidago: A sparkling wine made from a blend of 53% Muscat, 35% Cayuga White, and 12% traminette grapes. Similar in style to Dry/Brut Prosecco. Bottle Fermented with a very small dosage (3g/L sugar). Aromas of citrus, floral, and spice. Fun fact: Solidago is the scientific name for Goldenrod, the official state flower of KY. 11% ABV $22/bottle $6/glass. 2019 "Half Apple" Sparkling Cider: A sparkling cider made from a 50/50 blend of 8 different apples and 3 different grapes. Dry with medium-low acid, and low tannin. Bottle fermented and produced in the traditional Champagne method. Similar in style to Dry/Brut Prosecco. 8.5% ABV $21/bottle $6/glass Over the last several months, we have tried nearly all the offerings that UK Winery produces and we have been incredibly impressed with the quality of their wines. Wow!! What an amazing Spring Sip and Stroll event at the winery yesterday! The weather was beautiful and we had a record turnout of over 800 people! We want to send a big thank you to all the amazing local artisan vendors and local food trucks who came out. Thank you to the amazing support from our community. You all mean so so much to us! Rockfield is such a great place to call home. A very special thank you goes out to all of our close friends and business partners we have made over the years who have supported us every step of the way, and who came out again to do so yesterday.
