I have a good friend and an expert butcher taking over my butcher shop. He is an artist when it comes to meat cutting! Anyways, I have asked him to save me the good skulls with horns. The ones I have are already sold out.....but if you want one for your farm or man cave or whatever, get your name on the list! They go before I have them done. Prices depend on the size. Just let me know! They will be clean and ready to hang. Here is an example of an old one and a new one I am getting ready to boil down to make clean and pristine. He is running the shop in a way I could have never imagined. Real dog food, all natural dog chew treats, etc..... not to mention the incredible retail meats he has in stock. But if u want a cool skull for your man cave or farm, then let me know....

Looks like we are going to see some nice grilling weather this weekend! We have some of the best burger for grilling you will ever taste! Made from sirloin, tri-tip and brisket. Get ready to grill the best burger you have had with our burger and custom bacon as a topper! Or........maybe something else like shish ke-bab’s with our teriyaki and pineapple brats. The jerky is done! Started with carving out these beautiful pieces of meat, slicing them after frozen with the band saw to get PERFECT thickness, thawing, curing and into the marinade, to smoking all of it the last few days. Now it is cut and vacuum sealed. It’s my best batch yet! So full of flavor and super tender. StandStrong Custom Meats has Cowboy, Teriyaki, and Gigawatt Hot. Next week we will have snack sticks available as well. Don’t forget we have unbelievable burger that is made from sirloin, brisket and tri-tip. Also still have a limited quantity of pineapple/teriyaki brats, meatballs or chubs. Still have chorizo, Italian sausage and more. Thank you for all the support! Have a great Easter! New York Strips, sirloin/tri-tip/brisket burger, chorizo, and an unbelievable teriyaki pineapple sausage that is all ready to go! Teriyaki pineapple is going faster than I thought! I have it in brat style, meatballs and 1.5 pound chubs. Won’t last long! Jerky will be ready next weekend.

This weekend will have fresh sirloin/tri-tip/ brisket burger made and ready to go. This is very lean and fantastic for everything with the high quality cuts! Also will have fresh chorizo, pepperoni and others. Next week will be unleashing two new flavors of jerky and snack sticks. Get ready for camping and summer bbq season! It’s time to get outside and soak in the rays with good food! Message me for any needs at all. Steaks, briskets, ribs and everything else!

It’s been awhile since I have posted or worked hard down in the shop. This weekend I got 80 pounds of snack sticks done with three flavors. Honey Siracha, Mild Jalapeño with sharp cheddar, and Wi***es original. Also finally got more jerky finished with Sweet and Spicy and Teriyaki. Both are a new recipe that I am happy with. I took a new job but will never let my custom meats go as I love making excellent quality meats. I have Chorizo, maple links, old world links, sweet Italian and mild Italian in stock right now. And don’t forget about the amazing sirloin/tri tip burger! We can’t get enough of this excellent quality burger for our own family as we devour it! Still have a bit of wild Alaska salmon left as well. Thanks for all the patience and support! Working full time these days in a new career and the butcher shop at nights and on the weekends. Holiday season Sockeye Salmon Sale! Wild caught, Alaskan, Bristol Bay Sockeye ready for pick up today. Usually $18.99/lb but now until Christmas, $16.99/lb when buying 10 pounds or more. $17.99/lb for less than 10 pounds.

You will NOT find better quality salmon in the area. This is as good as it gets, so get it while it lasts. Once it’s gone I won’t have anymore until next summer. Happy Holidays! STANDSTRONG

1 elk processed today along with some breakfast sausage for another customer. Just got a beautiful buck in last night from a young man who got his first ever deer. He did GREAT dressing it out with his uncle and kept it clean. Today we got 2 BEAUTIFUL trophy bull moose in from British Columbia. OH YA......Got the TV in the shop late last night to watch games or country music videos.....Shop is starting to roll........STANDSTRONG

The boys helping dad get it done today! So much fun having these boys learn a trade and help out the family. Something they will always know how to do. I am a proud father. STANDSTRONG
